Manila Ice is a Filipino Food Truck, run by a husband and wife team, devoted to spreading the culture’s fun and friendly way of life. Food is the heart and center of every Filipino party, gathering and home. At Manila Ice we want to carry on that love of togetherness with our Tulsa community, and do so through family recipes with our Chef’s unique flare to cultural favorites.

Our Chef, Anthony Santos, is a proud Filipino-American born and raised in Tulsa. Growing up his Lola and Nana visited frequently from the Philippines and bonded with him through cooking. That bond grew into his desire to become a chef, and that passion took him to culinary school and an externship in the Philippines. As a 90’s kid with a love of hip-hop, basketball, sneakers, and Filipino food, Manila Ice is Anthony’s dedication to his childhood.
